All deliveries include a track and trace code. It is possible to choose for delivery at home or at work, or to pick up your package at a nearby PostNL service point.
€5,95 shipping costs within the Netherlands. Standard delivery takes 1-2 working days.
€13 shipping costs for EU countries. Standard delivery takes 1-5 working days.
€18 shipping costs for non-EU countries. Standard delivery takes 1-10 working days.
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. The item will be shipped the same or following day. When the item is shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a track and trace code.
Our payment options are iDeal, Creditcard (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Maestro) and Paypal.
For all orders a 21% VAT is charged, which is already included in the price.

Returns are possible within 14 days after delivery. Additional charges and shipping fees cannot be refunded or paid for.
If you want to return your item, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you an email with a link to the return instructions and your personal return label. Pack the item in its initial box and make sure it is well-concealed. Drop it off at the nearest PostNL service point and once we have received the item, we will refund it. Note that once the item is sent back, the customer is fully responsible for the package.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and returned in its original condition. If this is not the case, we are unable to refund it.
If you would like to exchange an item for another one, we advise you to return the item and get a refund. You will receive your refund within 5 working days after delivery. You can place a new order for the new item.
